How to grow solutions out of problems

1. A problem is an ungerminated seed
2. It’s not our job to grow a tree out of a seed in one day
3. Every change needs its four seasons

These are some recent insights I’ve acquired and I’d love to know how they are useful to you.

At first I’d written an elaborate explanation and a story to illustrate these insights. Since this is a blog about solution focused coaching, in praise of the client’s expertise, I’d leave it at that.

Whatever you, my reader, get out of it can only be far more interesting and valuable than what I have to add to it.
